Note: These hard PVC drift sleeves are made to fit tightly onto the tire. In order to mount easily, you should let some of the air out, then lubricate the tire with soap suds before pressing the sleeve onto the rubber.
In addition, the PVC sleeve may adhere to the rubber tire better by using several strips of self-adhesive grip tape (such as used on skateboard decks) on the sleeve's inner face.
